SHIPPING POLICY
  • Items bought directly from www.coryacorn.art do not include shipping in the listed price. Select the appropriate shipping for your location and type of purchase on checkout.
  • ​Original paintings are shipped from Nelson Bay, NSW Australia within approximately 5-7 business days from your order.  Once it is packed up and ready to send, we send you an email.  COVID-19 and seasonal delays are to be considered.
  • Shipping times will vary depending on where in the world you are located in relation to Australia and other issues out of our control such as COVID-19 restrictions.
  • Paintings on canvas and on paper are shipped flat unless otherwise noted.  Paintings on paper may be sent in a packing tube if acceptable for the artwork.
  • Shipping includes insurance for a safe delivery.
  • taxes and tariffs for imported goods are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your shipping cost.  You are responsible for considering these costs when purchasing from our site noting that we are located in Australia.

RETURN POLICY
  • Original artwork purchases are generally non-refundable.  Please contact us via email within 2 weeks of receiving your original artwork, for consideration of your situation.
  • Original artwork that is damaged during shipping is covered under insurance.   Please contact us immediately (preferably within 2 weeks), if your artwork is damaged on arrival.
  • Redbubble purchases of Cory Acorn print items are covered on the return policy of Redbubble and are not considered here.
  • Society6 purchases of Cory Acorn print items are covered in the return policy of Society6 and are not considered here.
